What's the minimum number of participants?

At least 3 young people are needed to form a band. For schools, multi-band formulas can accommodate up to 30 pupils.

A Rock ton congé day generally lasts between 5 and 7 hours, depending on the formula chosen, enough to cover a full teaching day.

Can we choose the song the group will learn?

The choice is made in collaboration with the coach according to the level of the participants. We make sure the song is both accessible and exciting for the whole band.

Can we reserve for just one child?

Rock ton congé is a group experience. If you're looking for an activity for just one young person, check out our Lab Libre service.

Where does the day take place?

Rock ton congé takes place in the Musicopratik studios in Montreal, a true professional rehearsal space.

How old do you have to be to take part?

ROCK TA FÊTE is designed for people aged 4 and over, depending on the formula chosen. But there's no age limit for the rockingest birthday party in town!

Our programs require a real commitment at rehearsal time, but do not require a specific number of hours for rehearsals at home. However, it's always a good idea to take a few minutes a day (between 15 and 30 minutes) with your instrument. Immersion Rock Montréal can lend out instruments on an occasional basis (practice pads for drums), to enable students to rehearse at home. What's more, Immersion Rock Montréal's programs are aimed at the overall development of the individual.
