WHAT IS IT ?
Thanks to inclusive and personalized teachings provided by our experienced coaches, students will have the opportunity to rehearse in a band and perform on stage. It’s the perfect way to explore an instrument, learn to play music in a band, and socialize with other passionate young musicians!
ROCK LIBRE takes place in six-week blocks, each with a different theme. Rock stars can choose to participate in one or more blocks during the school year.
BLOCK 1 – ROCK LIBRE theme – Mid-January to February
BLOCK 2 – HARD ROCK theme – March to mid-April
BLOCK 3 – PUNK ROCK theme – Mid-April to May
BLOCK 4 – GLAM ROCK theme – Mid-September to October
BLOCK 5 – GRUNGE ROCK – November to mid-December
Socialization through the band
An extracurricular activity that introduces young people to band musician and fosters socialization through a shared passion.
Development through music
Allows young people to develop their memory, dexterity, concentration and self-esteem through band music.
Inclusion through creation
Promotes inclusion in an environment that respects the realities of all.
Self-determination through purpose
The ultimate goal is a major stage performance, to support motivation and self-determination.

Monday evenings :
Band rehearsal WITH COACH – 4pm @ 6pm
Band rehearsal WITH COACH – 6pm @ 8pm
Free jam WITHOUT COACH – 4pm to 8pm
Monday to Friday :
Additional rehearsals WITHOUT COACH under reservation – 4pm to 6pm
Saturday and Sunday :
Additional rehearsals WITHOUT COACH under reservation – 10am to 12pm
