What's the difference between the Solo formula and the Lab en band formula?

The Solo formula is an individual session with a coach, ideal for working on your technique at your own pace . The Lab en band formula is a series of 6 sessions in a small group, where you progress on your instrument while learning to play with others.

Do I need to know how to play an instrument?

No. Coaches adapt to all levels, from absolute beginners to intermediates who want to take their practice to the next level.

Can we come without a group already formed?

Yes. If you'd like to join a band but don't yet have one, contact us and we'll put you in touch with other interested participants.

What is the difference between Lab Libre and Rock ton congé?

Rock ton congé is a group program designed for a specific day, such as a field trip or a school holiday. Lab Libre offers more flexibility: it’s a customizable program for musical growth, whether you’re learning on your own or in a small group, without being tied to the school calendar.

Can Lab Libre lead to anything else?

Absolutely. The Lab en band formula is a great way to try out the band experience before signing up for one of our after-school programs or day camps.
