Immersion Rock Montréal offers a musical team-building activity where your team learns, rehearses, and performs a real rock song, all under the guidance of professional musicians.

No musical experience required. Just the desire to share a unique experience together.

Our Rock-Themed Team Building Packages

Each package is tailored to the size of your group and your team’s goals

Each package includes 2 bands of 4 to 6 musicians (8 to 12 participants) and 2 professional coaches.

Need to accommodate more participants?
Add additional bands starting at $1,500 per band, without breaking your budget. The larger your group gets, the lower the cost per participant becomes.

Les camps sont bien organisés et le rock libre offrent des opportunités pour les jeunes musiciens/ennes de se découvrir. Les coachs sont motivés et talentuex. À chaque fois nous sommes impressionnés comment ils mènent les jeunes enfants à non seulement apprendre de nouvelles chansons mais aussi de jouer ces chansons ensembles, devant un publique, comme un vrai rock band.

Do you need to know how to play an instrument?

Not at all! No musical experience is necessary. Our professional musicians guide each participant step by step, regardless of their skill level. The activity is designed so that everyone can participate and have fun right from the start.

How many people can participate?

Each package is designed for 2 groups of 4 to 6 people, for a total of 8 to 12 participants. For larger groups, we add more groups and coaches, and the price per additional group is on a sliding scale, so your budget doesn’t double as your group grows. We also accommodate small groups (a single group of 3 to 6 people) and large-scale events. Contact us for a package tailored to your needs.

Can the activity take place at our offices?

Yes, we can come to your location with all the necessary equipment, instruments, amplification, and instruction. The session can also take place at our studios in Montreal, at Studio Musicopratik, a professional music environment that enhances the immersive experience.

How long does the activity last?

Depending on the package you choose, the experience lasts from half a day to a full day. Would you like to extend the adventure to two days or a weekend? That’s entirely possible. Each package includes a welcome session, group orientation, a music workshop, rehearsals, and a live performance in front of your colleagues. Contact us to tailor the duration to your event.

Do we get to take a souvenir home?

Absolutely! Depending on the package, your team will leave with a studio recording of their performance, as well as photos and videos of the experience. It’s a tangible keepsake that participants love to share and that serves as a reminder of what the team accomplished together.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available. The end-of-year and spring seasons are particularly popular. Contact us to check availability; we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Does the price double if we add more participants?

No! Our basic packages include 2 bands and 2 coaches for 8 to 12 participants. If your group is larger, each additional band starts at $1,500, which is well below half the base price. The larger your group, the lower the cost per participant. Ask us for a customized quote.
