GENERAL RULES

1- RESPECT for ALL band members.

2- USE appropriate language and tone at all times.

3- RESPECT safety instructions and equipment (instruments, consoles, microphones, etc.) at all times.

4- IPAD and CELLULAR are left in the bags and may only be used during breaks and/or lunch periods, with the coach’s agreement.

5- Shop and fridge products are subject to a charge. Please refer to the person in charge of the Musicopratik counter for all purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund is possible up to 7 days before the start of your activity or program.

Up to 48 hours before the start of your activity or program, a 50% refund will be made.

Less than 48 hours before your activity or program, you will be billed the full amount.

You will not be billed for statutory holidays or vacations imposed by Immersion Rock Montreal. For a simple absence, however, billing will follow its normal course.

MATERIAL CHARGES

The equipment used in Immersion Rock Montreal activities is of professional quality, enabling many musicians to practice their passion and/or craft.

In the event of breakage due to non-compliance with an instruction or one of our general regulations, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of repairs.
