General regulations and cancellation conditions<\/h2><\/div>

GENERAL RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- RESPECT for ALL band members.<\/p>\n

2- USE appropriate language and tone at all times.<\/p>\n

3- RESPECT safety instructions and equipment (instruments, consoles, microphones, etc.) at all times.<\/p>\n

4- IPAD and CELLULAR are left in the bags and may only be used during breaks and\/or lunch periods, with the coach’s agreement.<\/p>\n

5- Shop and fridge products are subject to a charge. Please refer to the person in charge of the Musicopratik counter for all purchases.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

A full refund is possible up to 7 days before the start of your activity or program.<\/p>\n

Up to 48 hours before the start of your activity or program, a 50% refund will be made.<\/p>\n

Less than 48 hours before your activity or program, you will be billed the full amount.<\/p>\n

You will not be billed for statutory holidays or vacations imposed by Immersion Rock Montreal. For a simple absence, however, billing will follow its normal course.<\/p>\n

MATERIAL CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The equipment used in Immersion Rock Montreal activities is of professional quality, enabling many musicians to practice their passion and\/or craft.<\/p>\n

In the event of breakage due to non-compliance with an instruction or one of our general regulations, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of repairs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
